Coronado Playa Blanca near Panama City Panama

Panama truly is a land of opportunity like no other. There are several major trends converging on this country which will create a massive boom that only comes along once in a lifetime:

  • The expansion of the Panama Canal - A $5 Billion project starting this year

  • A new Mega-Port - A $3 Billion project

  • A perfect, hurricane free climate - safety for you and your investment

  • A stable democratic government

  • U.S. dollar currency

  • A constitution that protects foreign investors as if they were citizens.

  • A banking system that has emerged as the premiere offshore destination (in the world).

  • The second largest Free Trade Zone in the world

  • Unspoiled virgin beaches on not just one, but two coastlines - the Caribbean and Pacific.

  • Just 2 hours from the U.S. with most major airlines offering daily flights.

  • Ultra low cost of living and a solid historical record of low inflation.

  • The world’s 'Best' ex-pat retiree program with discounts & special benefits to reduce your cost of living even more.

  • Extremely warm and hospitable people who are 'American friendly' and a Pro-Business government that welcomes and encourages foreign investment.

Notable Fact: This is the sixth year that Panama is #1 on International Living’s Annual Global Retirement Index

Did you really catch those numbers? - just two of these events mean almost $10 billion will be injected into the Panamanian economy over the coming years! These two projects alone will have a major positive impact on Panama’s economy - the spill over effect will last for decades.

Prior to the US returning the canal to Panama in Dec. 1999 they made a few paltry million at best. Now they are pulling in well over a billion annually, and that’s about to go through the roof with the rise in the fare and the expansion. Remember this money is going to a government that is encouraging business and development.

Do you believe that's a big reason Donald Trump says, "In Panama you'll find everything!" and why he is investing in Trump Towers, a $220,000,000 Condominium/Hotel Project in Panama City?

Have you heard? The International Monetary Fund (IMF) is predicting Panama to be Latin America’s hottest performing economy in 2007.

Over 50,000 expatriates have already discovered Panama as one of the safest, cheapest and most enjoyable places to relocate. They're relaxing beach side, shopping and partying in cosmopolitan Panama City, checking out the record number of bird species in the rain forest and playing golf in the highlands.

So what are you waiting for? Are you ready to check out Panama for yourself? Well you don't have to do it alone. Why not join a small group of like minded people and inspect some of the best real estate opportunities in the country?

PATHWAY TO PANAMA REAL ESTATE TOUR

November 30 to December 7, 2008

The Fast and Easy Way To Find
Your Dream Property In Panama

"I just wanted to say thank you once again for providing me with a truly meaningful tour experience. Your investment tour was the best investment I have made thus far toward finding my place in the sun."KJ - California

Why is the Pathway to Panama Real Estate Tour the best way to discover Panama?

Because our Tour Managers and guides have been on-the-ground in Panama for many years. We've been keeping abreast of real estate opportunities in Panama City, the Pacific coast, Boquete and the Highlands of Chiriqui, Bocas del Toro, developments in the emerging Caribbean coastal areas … in fact the entire country of Panama! Not only that but the political, economic and cultural forces which make Panama such a special and truly unique 'Hot Spot' like no other.

Whether you're thinking vacation, investment or retirement the Pathway to Panama tour will help you find the right place in Panama to fit your lifestyle and pocket book.

Discover Panama from an 'Insiders' Perspective!

Playa Blanca Beach Resort near Panama City Panama

As the Donald says, "In Panama, you'll find everything!"

  • Twice the Lifestyle, Half the Price! From fresh & cheap produce at pennies per pound to no property taxes - the reduction in your cost of living will blow you away!

  • Panama's 'Pensionado' Program - 'the Best Retirement Benefit package on the planet'! This cheap and easy to obtain Pensioners Visa reduces your cost of living even more with discounts on everything from hotels & movies to prescription drugs & even airline tickets.

  • Where A Dollar still equals a Dollar. In Panama the currency is the U.S. dollar. No need to carry a calculator - no learning curve as you convert to a foreign currency which can change value by the minute. And because Panama uses the U.S. dollar it can't print it's own money. That means an ultra stable market with low inflation built in.

  • Modern Construction & Conveniences. Thanks mostly to the United States, Panama enjoys the most advanced and complete infrastructure of any Latin American country. The Panama Canal to the Pan-American Highway - High Speed Internet to country wide cell phone service - in Panama you'll enjoy all of the conveniences of home while living in your tropical paradise.

  • True privacy, guaranteed by Law. Your assets and your financial affairs are safe from prying eyes and ambulance chasing lawyers.

  • Medical Insurance and Care Anyone can Afford . U.S. and internationally trained practitioners provide service and high tech diagnostics which rival the finest in the world and all at a fraction of the cost.

  • Location, Location, Location. At just 9 degrees latitude Panama is so close to the equator that daylight savings time is unnecessary - the change from season to season is negligible. Pacific and Caribbean beaches are less than a two hours drive from each other and a stunning mountain spine creates a climate described as 'the best on earth' where heating and air conditioning aren't needed. Add to that a pristine environment with plentiful, fresh water you can drink straight from the tap and a stable hurricane free climate. It just doesn't get any better than this!

And Panama is Still a Bargain! But not for Long!

Valle Escondido Boquete Panama

In Panama they say, la ruta por descubrir - The Path less Traveled. It is a country truly like no other with limitless people, places and things to discover. Panama offers a lifestyle most only dream about and it's waiting just for you. We want to make it easy for you to really discover how you can turn this dream into a reality. One thing we never want to hear is, "I wish I woulda..." Looking for more reasons to check it out now, before it's too late and you're uttering those words? Read what these folks have to say:

“... ultimately, the beauty of Panama City is that it hasn't become Miami yet. It's much more welcoming and manageable. And now is the time to go -- before the Panama Canal gets its third set of locks, before Donald Trump finishes his 65-story tower and before the prices shoot just as high. --The Washington Post, February 2007

Get Ahead of The Game. Invest in Panama.--Robb Report, Winter 2006

Little wonder that Panama is increasingly lighting up the radar screens of those searching for an affordable alternative to more traditional south-of-the-border retreats in Mexico, Costa Rica and the Caribbean, where escalating prices increasingly rival those along America's own beach fronts.--New York Times, February 2005

Yet despite the price increases, property here remains a fraction of what one would pay for similar real estate in the United States. And with enticements like a 20-year suspension of property taxes to those who build houses or renovate in a historic district, and an income tax hiatus for those starting some small businesses, the opportunities are appealing not only for those seeking a place to retire but also for entrepreneurs."--New York Times, February 2005

Panama is the new Central American bargain where the US dollar- the market currency- goes a long way. A former gas company executive spent a year and a half researching a retirement spot with his wife before settling on a 2.4 acre lot on a beach resort near Coronado. “We wanted a tropical place with an ocean view in a politically and economically stable country” he said. “Panama just kept coming up. --Conde Nast Traveler, October 2004

Panama is one of the world’s rare places where in matter of hours you can go from the wild untamed nature of the Pacific Coast to laid-back influence of the Caribbean….The two coasts of Panama are different types of Paradise…The country is now considered “hot” from both an investment standpoint and for recreation. Retiring Americans are snapping up land and investment is taking place. From what I saw Panama stands poised to be the next Costa Rica.--Islands Magazine-Cover Story, June 2005

Think Miami Without The Price Tag

Casco Viejo Panama City Panama

The best place to start - Panama City. Latin culture and a mix of Spanish & French architecture often have people comparing Panama City to Miami and the old city of Casco Viejo has a distinctive New Orleans feel. Throw in high energy night clubs, casinos and luxury sky high hotels and you could be in Las Vegas. But after a couple of days you simply realize that Panama City is a unique blend of old and new. Far from Third World this is First World city living at a bargain. You'll discover:

  • Casco Viejo - the old city of Panama. Once a protected Spanish Colonial fortress then abandoned to become a squatters haven and recently being reclaimed and restored to become one of Panama Cities most romantic neighborhoods.

  • The modern high-rise condos of Punta Pacific and Balboa with stunning views of the Pacific, Amador Causeway and the entrance to the Panama Canal.

  • Shopping in modern Air conditioned malls that rival the biggest and best including the largest shopping mall in Central America.

  • Advanced telecommunications - country wide cell phone coverage and high-speed wireless internet service.

  • World Class health care and state of the art medical facilities including John's Hopkins.

  • In Panama they call them CLAVE and not only will you notice these ATM machines everywhere you will also find most merchants accept debit card payments too.

  • Fast-Food to Fine-Dinning. In Panama you'll love the multi-ethnic mix of restaurants.

  • Nightlife - dance the night away at a glittering nightclub or try your hand at the casinos.

In Panama City you will discover every modern convenience you find in any other large city in America or the world for that matter.

At times it may feel like Miami but you will notice one pleasant difference…

...everything from gourmet meals to luxury real estate is available at a fraction of the price.

The first two days of your Pathway to Panama Tour, will be spent in Panama City. Day one we have an informative start with our exclusive, Panama Investment Strategies Seminar. Then we're off to explore this growing cosmopolitan capital… we'll visit the only Golf Resort in the city, take a trip up the coast to check out Pacific Beach properties and fit in a quick visit to the famous Panama Canal. Your evenings are free so you can have some fun shopping, checking out the casinos or doing whatever strikes your fancy among Panama City’s dining and entertainment options.

"I just wanted to say a sincere thanks to you and your entire staff for an incredible vacation, tour, education, and experience. " T. Thomas Michigan

Boquete and The Chiriqui Highlands

Volcan Chiriqui Panama Panama

Panama City has something for everyone, but Panama is also a land of many pleasant surprises and bio-diversity. The beautiful mountain range which runs the center length of the country creates a micro climate unlike any other. These are the highlands of Panama where the cool breezes and light summer rains, known as bajareque, have attracted retirees the world over. Many say Boquete is the next Aspen or San Miguel. That's for you to decide. We simply say, bienvenido al paraíso!

On this leg of our Pathway to Panama Tour, you’ll see the best new developments that are maintaining the reputation of this little village as the retirement and investment hot spot in Panama.

We’ll stay at the quaint riverside Cabañas of the Boquete Garden Inn where the true feeling of highland living invades all of your senses. The mountain village of Boquete is a busy little place with a variety of activities from hiking & biking to bird watching & golf. The established town with it's many restaurants and shops has attracted many quality residential developments. Some also say there is an elixir in the water here - once you visit Boquete you’ll find it impossible to forget. Boquete is credited with starting it all and you will soon discover it's still one of the best bets in the country.

Are We Still in Panama ?Bocas del Toro near Red Frog Beach Panama

A quick flight from the David airport and we land in the idyllic Caribbean island community of Bocas del Toro. After experiencing the alpine village of Boquete the first thought is typically, "Are we still in Panama?" Bocas del Toro is the provincial capital and is located on Isla Colon. This 'Venice of Panama' is comprised of hundreds of small islands intertwined with meandering waterways. You may see sloths, red frogs, and myriad species of exotic birds (including parrots). The calm, placid Caribbean is home to sea turtles, dolphins and enormous gentle manatees.

Our home in Bocas (as the locals call it) will be in the Swan Cay Hotel. This Hotel features air conditioned rooms and lovely dining room and bar area along with a courtyard pool.

We will visit residential developments including the largest and most grand island development in Panama. This 5 Star island resort community boasts a marina, restaurants, hotel, spa and an 18 Hole PGA course. We will even have time for a dip at the beautiful Red Frog beach on Isla Bastimentos.
