Boquete and The Chiriqui Highlands

Panama City has something for everyone, but Panama is also a land of many pleasant surprises and bio-diversity. The beautiful mountain range which runs the center length of the country creates a micro climate unlike any other. The mountain village of Boquete is a busy little place with a variety of activities from hiking & biking to bird watching & golf. Some also say there is an elixir in the water here - once you visit Boquete you’ll find it impossible to forget. Are We Still in Panama ?

A quick flight from the David airport and we land in the idyllic Caribbean island community of Bocas del Toro. After experiencing the alpine village of Boquete the first thought is typically, "Are we still in Panama?" Bocas del Toro is the provincial capital and is located on Isla Colon. This 'Venice of Panama' is comprised of hundreds of small islands intertwined with meandering waterways. You may see sloths, red frogs, and myriad species of exotic birds (including parrots). The calm, placid Caribbean is home to sea turtles, dolphins and enormous gentle manatees.

Our home in Bocas (as the locals call it) will be in the Swan Cay Hotel. This Hotel features air conditioned rooms and lovely dining room and bar area along with a courtyard pool.

We will visit residential developments including the largest and most grand island development in Panama. This 5 Star island resort community boasts a marina, restaurants, hotel, spa and an 18 Hole PGA course. We will even have time for a dip at the beautiful Red Frog beach on Isla Bastimentos.

Method of Payment:

A deposit of $200 per person will guarantee your place on the tour. The balance is due no later than 45 days prior to departure. Cancel 45 days or more prior to departure and your deposit will be refunded less a $50 processing fee. Cancel between 30 and 45 days prior, you will receive a refund of $750. No refunds will be offered for cancellations received 30 days or less prior to departure or no-shows. We accept personal checks and all major credit cards. Please note: In the event you are unable to attend due to circumstances beyond your control and wish to transfer your deposit or payment to a future tour please notify us at least 2 weeks in advance of your tour date. In most cases we will be able to hold your full payment for you to apply towards a future event.
